Personal Information that is held on behalf of client organizations is provided to Digital Alchemy by our client, on behalf of our clients or directly by individuals. If you would like to make a complaint regarding interference with your privacy, at the first instance, you should contact the client organization directly in the manner set out in their privacy policy. If the response provided in this manner is unsatisfactory, you can contact Digital Alchemy’s Privacy Officer by emailing privacy@digitalalchemy.com.au and we shall endevour to contact you within 14 days.
If the client organization has provided its consent, your Personal Information may be disclosed to recipients in China, Hong Kong, Thailand, United States or Singapore.
